Safety policy
Public standards for app store review and community trust
Our commitment
Social Contract is an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app. We do not allow child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any conduct that harms or endangers minors.
We review reports, remove violating content, disable or ban accounts where appropriate, and may escalate credible threats or apparent illegal activity to relevant authorities and child protection organizations where required.
Prohibited child safety violations
The following behavior is prohibited on Social Contract, whether it happens in profiles, messages, images, video, links, usernames, or off-platform coordination:
- Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child: for example, groping, caressing, or any sexual or exploitative contact involving a minor.
- Child grooming: for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child.
- Sexualization of a minor: for example, imagery or behavior that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children, or portrays children in a way that could result in sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion: for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to intimate images.
- Trafficking of a child: for example, advertising, recruitment, or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to sexual images or videos involving a minor.
- Age misrepresentation involving a minor:pretending to be under 18, concealing a minor's age, or helping a minor gain access to the platform.
